Estonian study visit on Integration in Switzerland

BEC Assignment

The Swiss-Estonian cooperation programme, which has been running since 2022, is also dedicated to the topic of "integration and social inclusion". As a first step, a study trip was envisaged with the aim of getting to know Swiss policy and practice on the ground and identifying potential partners for future cooperation.

BEC was commissioned to design, organise and implement the 6-day expert exchange in three cantons of the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

• Concept and programme development – based on Estonian concerns and in close consultation with SDC

• Organisation of the study trip – from hotel suggestions and the recruitment of competent experts to English-language documentation and complex expense accounting

• Situationally adapted moderation of expert discussions and presentations

• Final report with recommendations – based on detailed feedback from the 15 participants
